Dr Joel Gilmore is a physicist and energy expert, providing advice to industry and government on transitioning Australia to a low emissions future. He’s also a passionate science communicator and performer, including co-host of Food Lab on SBS where he talks about the science and technology of cooking. In his spare time, he teaches swing dancing, learns musical instruments and travels the world – 54 countries so far!
Dr Kirstin Ferguson is one of Australia’s most experienced company directors with 10 years experience on publicly listed, private company, government & NFP boards. Kirstin has been named by the Australian Financial Review as one of Australia’s 100 Women on Influence and has received numerous awards during her career for leadership & governance. She is the recent recipient of the 2018 Queensland Award for Excellence in Women’s Leadership.
