Pricing

Our purpose is to support and facilitate research in Australia. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and we keep our access charges low so that more researchers can afford to use ANFF-Qld.

Pricing for public sector researchers is based on marginal costs only. International researchers will be charged at industry rates. A full listing of costs for each user category is given in below.

All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST.

Other costs that are not included in the hourly access rates are:

  • Consumable costs (charged at cost +10%)
  • Any legal fees incurred
  • GST where applicable

± Assisted access rates are charged when ANFF-Qld personnel perform the work with you or on your behalf. Assisted access rates are not charged for user training.

* Assisted access work for Public Research funded clients will be charged as hourly (or part thereof) $80.00 per hour ($25.00 usage rate + $55.00 staff rate).

^ Assisted access work performed for ANFF-Qld Industry will be charged as hourly (or part thereof) $167.00 per hour ($61 usage rate + $106 staff rate).
